RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product, please notify us by email at [email protected]genic.com.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, less shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance given that we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
